The Credit System

How Credits Work

Credits are your monthly spending allowance on the EarthWave marketplace. Use them on any product available at your tier level, and roll over what you don't spend.

Monthly Allocation

Nourish members receive 50 credits per month. Elevate members receive 120 credits per month. Credits refresh on your billing date.

Flexible Rollover

Unused credits roll over for up to 6 months (Elevate tier). No pressure to spend them all at once. Life happens; your credits wait.

Auto-Pause Protection

If your rollover reaches the 6-month cap, your subscription pauses automatically. You never pay for products you are not using.

Frequently Asked

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credits from a higher tier will carry over within the rollover limits of your new tier.
When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue to spend any remaining credits during this time. Once the period ends, any unspent credits expire. We recommend using your balance before cancelling.
During our founding member period, anyone can sign up directly. Once we reach capacity, new members will need an endorsement from two existing members to join. This ensures our community stays curated and every member is vouched for.
Both offer savings over monthly billing. Quarterly billing saves you approximately 14% and is billed every three months. Annual billing saves approximately 20% and is billed once per year. Both options provide the same tier benefits and credit allocations. You still receive your credits monthly regardless of billing cycle.
Currently, physical product fulfillment is available within Australia only, shipped via Australia Post and select local couriers. Discover tier members can access all digital content from anywhere in the world. We plan to expand shipping to New Zealand and select international markets in the future.
